Privacy Policy
Last updated · 21 October 2026
This policy explains what information Digiturbine collects through digiturbine.in, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We wrote it in plain language on purpose — privacy documents you cannot read are privacy documents you cannot trust.
01Overview
Digiturbine (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates digiturbine.in, the marketing website of our digital performance marketing, mobile user acquisition, and media monetization practice. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or submit an inquiry, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.
This policy covers this website only. Where we run advertising campaigns, measurement systems, or analytics for client products, the applicable privacy notice is the one published by that client for their app or service — our role there is as a service provider acting under their instructions and contractual safeguards.
02Information We Collect
We keep collection to the minimum needed to respond to you and keep this site working well. Concretely, that falls into two buckets:
- Information you give us: when you submit the contact form we collect your name, work email address, company or app name, an approximate monthly media budget band, and the message you choose to include. We also log a technical reference code so we can match your inquiry to our reply.
- Information collected automatically: standard technical data such as IP address (truncated where practical), browser type and version, device category, referring page, pages visited on this site, and timestamps. This is used in aggregate to understand traffic patterns and detect abuse.
03How We Use Information
We use the information described above to operate and improve this website and to respond to business inquiries. That includes replying to your message, preparing the growth diagnostic we offer, scheduling a call if you ask for one, and keeping internal records of business development activity.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists simply because you sent an inquiry. If we ever send you occasional service updates, that happens only with your consent, includes a one-click unsubscribe, and applies to recipients who have a business relationship with us.
05Advertising Technologies
Because we operate in performance marketing, some outbound campaign links we publish (for example, links to client campaigns or to our own ads on search and social platforms) may be measured by those platforms when you interact with them. Those platforms operate under their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies or identifiers when you click through.
You can exercise choice over platform-level measurement through the ad preference and opt-out tools provided by major search engines, social platforms, and industry opt-out programs. We do not control those mechanisms and are not responsible for their operation.
06Data Sharing
We share personal information only in limited circumstances: with service providers who host and secure this website under written data-protection obligations; when we are legally required to respond to valid legal process; and to protect the rights, property, and safety of Digiturbine, our clients, or the public.
In the ordinary course of business development, we do not disclose your inquiry to third parties. Client campaign data and strategy shared during any engagement is governed by the confidentiality terms of that engagement, not by this policy.
07Data Retention & Security
Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards to support our business development records, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Aggregate analytics are retained in a form that does not identify individual visitors.
We protect information with transport encryption in transit, access limited to team members who need it, and routine security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we can, and do, treat your data with the same discipline we bring to client campaign data.
08Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information — including the right to access it, correct it, have it erased, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent you previously gave. If you are located in India, these rights are anchored in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, they are anchored in the GDPR.
To exercise any right, email privacy@digiturbine.in from the address associated with your inquiry. We will verify your identity proportionately and respond within the timelines applicable to your jurisdiction. India-based data principals may also nominate another individual to exercise rights on their behalf, as provided under applicable law.
09International Transfers
Our team and infrastructure are primarily based in India, but the tools we use to run a modern website may process data in other countries. Where information is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual data-protection clauses and we remain accountable for how it is handled.
10Children
This website is intended for business audiences — marketers, founders, and growth teams. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact privacy@digiturbine.in and we will delete it promptly.
11Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations evolve. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be flagged on this page before they take effect. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
12Contact
Questions, requests, or complaints about privacy can be sent to privacy@digiturbine.in. Our grievance officer can be reached at the same address with the subject line “Grievance — Privacy”; we aim to acknowledge within 72 hours and resolve within 30 days, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
